Fuel vendors face receipt rules

The Arizona Department of Transportation must provide use fuel dispenser labels to vendors who submit the required receipts. Vendors must submit a receipt from one fueling position for each use fuel type. If applicable, they must also submit a receipt from one in-store checkout system.
