Foreign service members skip Arizona driving tests

Arizona must issue eligible active-duty foreign service members noncommercial Class D or M licenses without written or driving tests. Members must be ages 18–75 and have military orders to be stationed in Arizona. Their country must belong to NATO and recognize reciprocal driver permits or licenses. Non-U.S. citizens must show documentation from the responsible U.S. agency authorizing their presence in the United States. Their license expires when that document expires.
