Lifetime court orders for crime victims

For listed offenses, the superior court must issue a lifetime injunction at sentencing when the victim or prosecutor asks. A victim can also petition for one if nobody requested it at sentencing or sentencing happened before September 24, 2022. An undesignated Class 6 felony counts as a felony for this purpose until the court classifies it. The order can place lasting limits on the defendant.
