Payment cap raised to $10 million for American Combustion Industries

The District approves contract changes for American Combustion Industries under Contract DCAM-20-CS-RFQ-0002F. The Department of General Services can pay for goods and services from June 8, 2024 through June 7, 2025. Modification 8 already covered a partial amount up to $990,000. Modification 9 raises the limit by $9,010,000, for a new not-to-exceed cap of $10,000,000. This approval allows payment above $1,000,000 for that period and takes effect immediately.
