The law keeps case management services for Permanent Supportive Housing III funded. From July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, DC approves up to $813,211.80 for Housing Up. It then funds the rest of the year, adding $856,557.92 and setting a total cap of $1,669,769.72 through June 30, 2026. DC can pay the provider for services already delivered and those to come, even above $1 million.
