Funds case management for supportive housing renters

The Council approves two changes to Contract No. CW100360 with CORE DC for case management in the Permanent Supportive Housing III program. Modification M0012, dated June 25, 2025, funds July 1–December 31, 2025, up to $499,244.60. Modification M0013 funds the rest of option year 3 and adds $590,589.92. The total for July 1, 2025–June 30, 2026 is not to exceed $1,089,834.52. This emergency action takes effect now so the District can keep paying even as the 12‑month total exceeds $1 million.
