Rhode Island Avenue grants: 5-year leases

The law lowers the lease term needed for Rhode Island Avenue Support grants. Businesses and commercial property owners in the Corridor qualify if they sign or intend to sign a lease of at least 5 years, not counting options. This replaces the old 10-year minimum. It takes effect immediately, and you must still meet other program rules.
