Airport authority ends; Randolph County takes over

The law repeals the Lower Chattahoochee Regional Airport Authority. All of the Authority’s assets automatically pass to Randolph County without further action. Randolph County assumes all of the Authority’s debts and obligations. The County Board of Commissioners can sign deeds and other transfer papers, even in the Authority’s name, to place title and transfer obligations.
