Clear liens on snowmobile, ATV, and boat titles

Beginning July 1, 2025, released liens on snowmobiles, ATVs, and boats are recorded the same way statewide. Show proof of the lien release to any county recorder. The recorder notes the release on your certificate of title and in the statewide computer system. This removes the lien from official records and helps future sales or transfers.
