More child care help for foster families

Beginning July 1, 2025, Indiana expands Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) help for children in foster care. A household qualifies when it includes a foster parent at the state's first income eligibility check for program entry. The state must also reserve 200 CCDF vouchers for children placed with licensed foster parents. After 90 days, the state may give unused reserved vouchers to other applicants.
