Any length probation for repeat sexual assault offenders

Courts can set probation for any number of years for repeat sexual assault offenders. They are exempt from the usual probation caps that apply to most crimes. This allows much longer community supervision for these offenders.

Probation of any length for aggravated attempted murder

Courts can set probation for any number of years for aggravated attempted murder. This offense is exempt from the usual probation caps that limit most crimes to 1–4 years. People convicted can face much longer supervision as part of the sentence.
