Clearer rules for robbery charges

The law clarifies what state of mind counts for robbery. A person must intentionally or knowingly threaten force or put someone present in fear of imminent force. They must do this to stop or overcome resistance to taking or keeping the property, or to force the person in control to give it up or help take it. Robbery under this rule is a Class B crime.
