Travel pay for women's commission members

The law lets members of the Permanent Commission on the Status of Women get mileage and toll reimbursement. Each member can be paid for travel to up to two meetings a year. The state sets aside $3,290 for 2025-26 and $3,290 for 2026-27 for these payments, run by the Secretary of State's Bureau of Corporations, Elections and Commissions. Another section names this commission as "Not Authorized" for this travel pay under a different statute, so the rules conflict.
