Sunday and Memorial Day event bans repealed

Maine ends old bans and penalties on some Sunday and Memorial Day activities. Amateur sports can be held on Sundays. Movie theaters can open on Sundays without special town approval. Organizers no longer face fines or jail for ticketed games on Memorial Day. Another Sunday restriction in section 3241 is also repealed.
