More bond cap for Finance Authority
The Finance Authority of Maine has $270 million of the 2025 bond cap. This includes $75 million that was unallocated. It also has $235 million for 2026. The Authority must use or reallocate these amounts under Title 10, section 363(6) and (8).
Housing bond cap for Maine State Housing
The Maine State Housing Authority has $100 million of the 2025 bond cap. It also has $100 million for 2026. The Authority must use or reallocate these amounts under Title 10, section 363(4).
Bond cap for Municipal Bond Bank
The Maine Municipal Bond Bank has $10 million of the 2025 bond cap. It also has $10 million for 2026. The Bank must use or reallocate these amounts under Title 10, section 363(7).
Bond cap for Treasurer of State
The Treasurer of State has $5 million of the 2025 bond cap. The Treasurer also gets $5 million for 2026. The Treasurer must use or reallocate these amounts under Title 10, section 363(5).
Some bond cap held for later
The law keeps $3.78 million of the 2025 bond cap unallocated for future use. It also keeps $38.78 million of the 2026 cap unallocated. These amounts are reserved for later allocation under law.
