Higher THC limits for cannabis drinks

Minnesota raises the THC limit for edible cannabinoid drinks from 5 to 10 milligrams per serving container. Qualifying lower-potency hemp drinks can contain up to 10 milligrams of delta-9 THC in a single-serving container. Beverage containers still cannot hold more than two servings. Retailers must keep lower-potency hemp drinks they sell within the limit.
