Funding for Precinct IV park improvements

Spending safeguards and penalties for agencies
Agencies cannot move this law’s park and road money to other purposes. Funded entities must send detailed reports of all expenses to the Saipan and Northern Islands Legislative Delegation chairperson. Entities that fail to report fully cannot receive future funds from the Delegation.
