Capitol Hill field funding with spending rules
The law directs the remaining $85,500 from Saipan Local Law 23-04 to Natibu Sports Association upon enactment. The money funds repairs, maintenance, and improvements to Capitol Hill Softball Field in Precinct IV. The Association’s president controls spending in direct collaboration with the Director of Parks and Recreation. Funds cannot move to other purposes and do not expire when a budget year ends. Recipients must send a detailed report of all expenses to the Chairperson of the Saipan and Northern Islands Legislative Delegation. Failure to report all expenses bars recipients from receiving future funds from the Delegation.
