Greenwood Utilities Commission can choose to bottle water from its municipal supply and sell it directly to consumers. It must use all sales revenue only to reinvest in Commission infrastructure. Production and distribution must follow applicable state and federal health, safety, and labeling rules. The law sets no prices and promises no household savings. It took effect upon passage.
