Entering or staying in a taxpayer-funded public place without vaccine proof or a required mask is not criminal trespass. This only applies where the owner or operator requires proof of vaccination or a medical device like a mask. It does not apply to private businesses or places not paid for with taxpayer funds.
If you are convicted of criminal trespass, or you forfeit bond or bail, the state can take your hunting, fishing, or trapping privileges for up to 24 months. This applies if the trespass was on land owned or run by Fish, Wildlife and Parks. It also applies on any land if you were hunting, fishing, trapping, or collecting or trying to collect antlers, sheds, or animal horns. The 24 months start on the date of conviction or forfeiture.
