No county licenses for traveling vendors

The law repeals Montana’s county licensing rules for itinerant (traveling) vendors. Counties cannot require licenses under the now‑repealed sections 7-21-2301 to 7-21-2310. Vendors no longer pay those county license fees or file those applications, and they do not have to display a county license. The bond rule tied to taking deposits for future delivery is removed. The buyer remedies that were in those sections are also removed. The law does not create a new state licensing program to replace the repealed rules.
