3-day right to cancel home solar

You can cancel a home solar contract within 3 business days after you sign. Send written notice to the company or its sales agent by email or certified mail. Solar companies and their sales agents cannot use deceptive statements when they solicit you. This covers claims about cost, financing, and contract terms. The rule applies to residential solar systems.
