Landowner rules for public access on private lands

The Fish and Wildlife Commission adopts each landowner’s public-use rules for private lands that have active public access agreements with the department. Those landowner rules become the department’s rules on those parcels. People who hunt, fish, or recreate there must follow the adopted landowner rules. This takes effect on passage and approval.
