The law redraws North Carolina into 14 U.S. House districts. It lists the counties and, in some areas, exact voting precincts (VTDs) and census blocks. Districts 1 and 3 use detailed precinct and block lists to set their borders. Starting October 22, 2025, these lines decide which district you vote in for U.S. House primaries and general elections.
