Funding to make state websites accessible

The state provides $1.5 million one time to the Information Technology Department. The money updates state websites and digital content to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act. Funds are available now through June 30, 2027. This improves online access for people with disabilities and other users.

Legal funds and backup loan for Public Service Commission

The Public Service Commission gets $325,000 one time for federal lawsuit work. The money is available now through June 30, 2027. If that is not enough, the Commission can borrow using the loan authority in House Bill 1008 during the same period. This loan option does not add new money by itself.
