New Hampshire excludes digital asset mining and staking services from securities and investment contract rules under RSA 421-B. The Bureau of Securities no longer regulates these services under that law. It cannot seek investor repayments or collect fines and penalties in matters solely concerning these services. Providers gain relief from oversight, while investors lose this enforcement and recovery route; no other state agency receives that authority.
Dedicated court process for blockchain disputes
The law creates a dedicated court docket for blockchain-related civil disputes in New Hampshire. It gives people and businesses involved in these disputes a specialized process for handling their cases.
