Electronic signatures allowed for DMV forms

The DMV accepts electronic signatures that meet the state’s definition. The DMV director sets by rule which records, applications, and forms can use them. When a form is allowed by rule, an electronic signature counts the same as a written one. The law takes effect 60 days after passage.
