Credit unions can pay boards and committees
New Hampshire credit unions can pay members of their boards, credit committees, and supervisory committees for their service. Credit union members set the amount at an annual meeting; payment is optional, with no amount set by law. Officers, directors, and employees still cannot collect extra fees for other services beyond their pay in those roles. The law takes effect 60 days after passage.
