Wage protections expand for off-site duct workers

New Mexico’s Public Works Minimum Wage Act now includes certain off-site duct-making locations as part of a project’s site. These locations must make heating, cooling, ventilation, or exhaust duct systems that are part of a public works project. This expands the Act’s wage protections to qualifying off-site work.
