Past drug crimes won't block foster-home roles

The law stops using certain drug convictions as automatic bars for foster-home licenses, jobs, or adult residents. Adults 18 and older with such records can operate, work in, live in, or be present in a foster home. This does not apply to a resident who is still under a court’s jurisdiction under NRS 432B.594. Other serious crimes still block approval.
