Domestic violence victims get free reports

If you are a victim of domestic violence (NRS 33.018), you can get free copies of all police reports about the abuse. You must send a written request to the law enforcement agency. The agency must give you complete, unaltered copies within 1 month, even if the case is still open. The agency may remove personal identifying information as defined in NRS 205.4617.
