Payroll processors exempt; duties repealed

Under Nevada law, a business that only provides payroll processing is not a money transmitter. It does not need a state money-transmitter license to run payroll. The law also removes the old duties that applied to payroll processors. This relief applies only if the business limits its services to payroll; other money transfer work still needs a license.
