Clearer motor club info for members

When you get a motor club card or contract, the club must give you its exact name, its home office street address, and a clear list of the services or benefits you get. Your completed application plus that service list counts as your service contract. The law removes the old rule to list a usual Nevada business address.

Updated licensing rules for motor club agents

To get a motor club agent license, you must be at least 21. You must live in Nevada, or in a state that does not require this license or lets Nevada residents act there. You must show you are trustworthy and have a good reputation. You must meet all other chapter rules and give proof the Commissioner accepts.
