Bias investigations must consider antisemitism

The Nevada Equal Rights Commission must look for antisemitic motive when it investigates discrimination in housing, jobs, or public places. It uses the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance working definition adopted May 26, 2016. The Commission also uses the contemporary examples published with that definition. This helps decide if the conduct was based on a person’s religious creed.
