New rules on tags and shed antlers

If a species needs a tag, you must have the right tag on it. Attach the paper tag before you move the animal or parts, and validate any e-tag as the Commission requires. Having wildlife or parts without an attached or validated tag counts as evidence you took it illegally; this also applies to pelts. You cannot remove a tag to reuse it or keep extra or used tags. You may collect shed antlers, skulls, heads, or bones without a tag for non-commercial use only if the part is exposed dry bone from natural processes like weathering, decomposition, or scavenging.
