Single business license across Clark County

In Nevada counties with 700,000 or more people (Clark County), the law requires a shared business license for certain business types. One license can cover business in the county and in participating cities. The county and cities must make agreements, set fees and renewal terms, share license revenue, and consider how current local rules line up. The application connects to the Nevada state business portal. This can cut paperwork but may change what you pay.
