Liquor licenses allowed on specific Manhattan parcels

The State Liquor Authority can now issue an on‑premises license even within 200 feet of a school, church, synagogue, or other place of worship. This applies only to places that sell food or drinks to consume on site. It is limited to the exact fee and easement parcels named in the act, wholly within Manhattan (near Greenwich Street and Thames Street). The law takes effect immediately and has no end date.
