Liquor license exception for one Hudson business

The law lets New York's State Liquor Authority issue an alcohol license for on-site drinking at one defined Hudson parcel. The parcel is identified as 408–410 Warren Street. The exception removes the licensing barrier for premises within 200 feet of a church, synagogue, or other place of worship. The premises must be wholly within Columbia County and sell food or drinks for consumption on site. The law took effect immediately upon enactment, but it does not guarantee a license.
