Alcohol license allowed at 408-410 Warren

The law lets the State Liquor Authority issue an on-premises alcohol license for one property in Hudson, even though it is within 200 feet of a church or other place of worship. It applies only to the parcel at 408-410 Warren Street in the City of Hudson, Columbia County, and only if the business sells food or drinks to consume there. Other locations must still follow the 200-foot rule. This change takes effect immediately.
