Rochester plumbing inspectors can live outside city

Rochester plumbing inspectors no longer have to live within city limits. They must be citizens and actual residents of Monroe County. Inspectors still must be practical plumbers and obtain a certificate of competency from the examining board before starting duties. They cannot run a plumbing business during their appointment. The law took effect immediately.
