Authorizes the commissioner of general services to transfer and convey certain lands in the town of Wilton, county of Saratoga, to the Veterans and Community Housing Coalition

The law authorizes New York's general services commissioner to transfer about 15 acres in Wilton, Saratoga County, for $1. The recipient is the Veterans and Community Housing Coalition, and the commissioner can set additional transfer conditions. The Coalition must provide an accurate survey, land description, and site plan showing needed improvements. It must apply to the Office of General Services within two years after the law takes effect. The transfer must be completed within one year after the application. The land must be used and improved only for public-benefit housing and support services, including for homeless and at-risk veterans. New York gets the land back when that use ends. The law takes effect immediately and expires three years after its effective date.
