The law lets the State Liquor Authority issue a retail license to sell liquor for on-site drinking at one specific parcel in the City of Middletown, Orange County. The license can be issued even if the site is within 200 feet of a school, church, synagogue, or other place of worship. The site must sell food or drinks for people to eat or drink there. The exception applies only to Lot No. 10 on the “Lands of Frank M. Stratton” map (Filed Map No. 222). The law takes effect immediately.
