The law lets the Dormitory Authority finance on-campus housing at Dutchess Community College. Loans can pay to acquire, design, build, repair, improve, furnish, and equip dorms. The Dutchess Community College Association, Inc. can receive this financing. This helps the college add or improve student housing. The law takes effect immediately.
