Assisted living ombudsman access delayed

The law is in effect now, but new ombudsman access rules for assisted living start December 31, 2027. Until then, residents and caregivers keep the current rules. On that same day, Section 4 of this act also ends and is repealed. The law does not add funding or change who qualifies.
