This law lets the State Liquor Authority issue a license to sell alcohol for drinking on-site at 2192-92A Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn. The normal 200-foot rule near a church, synagogue, or other place of worship does not block this site. The premises must be a place that sells food or drinks to consume there. This exception applies only to that parcel in Kings County. The law takes effect immediately.
