Liquor license exception for one Brooklyn business

New York’s State Liquor Authority can issue a liquor license for 2192-92A Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn, Kings County. This exception allows on-site drinking within 200 feet of a church, synagogue, or other place of worship. The business must sell food or drinks for on-site consumption and sit wholly within the property boundaries described in the law. The law took effect immediately; it allows a license but does not automatically grant one.
