Effective immediately, a cannabis microbusiness with retail authorization can serve as its own required processor and cultivator for a showcase event permit if it also holds processing and cultivation approvals. It can also serve as the processor or cultivator for another licensee’s showcase permit when it is authorized for that activity. Any retail licensee applying for a showcase permit must partner with a licensed cultivator and a licensed processor and name them in the application. The application must identify the cultivators and processors who are authorized to showcase at the event.
