Catskill restaurant or bar can get license

The law lets the State Liquor Authority issue a retail on-premises liquor license at a specific site in the Village of Catskill, Greene County. The site may be within 200 feet of a school, church, synagogue, or other place of worship. The rule applies only to the parcel recorded Nov. 18, 2005 in Liber 1197, Page 193. The business must sell food or drinks to be consumed on-site. The Authority may approve the license, but it is not required to.
