Bars and restaurants with on-premises licenses can buy up to six bottles of wine or liquor per week from an off-premises retailer. They may resell those bottles only for drinking on their licensed premises. Liquor and wine stores may sell up to six bottles per week to each licensed bar or restaurant. Both businesses must keep a receipt for every such sale. The receipt must show the retailer name, purchase date, what was bought, and the price. Receipts must be shown to the State Liquor Authority on request.
