Chautauqua County hotel tax authority lasts longer

The law extends Chautauqua County’s hotel and motel tax authority from November 30, 2025, to November 30, 2027. It does not itself raise tax rates. It also extends the current rules for sharing this tax money until November 30, 2027. On that date, those sharing rules expire and replacement rules take effect.
