Hotels and motels in Chautauqua County must keep collecting the county hotel tax through November 30, 2027. Guests continue to pay this tax on overnight stays. The county’s rules for how this tax money is shared stay in place until that date. On November 30, 2027, those rules end and the next set of rules starts.
