The law lets New York City give BSVAC the city land at 727 Greene Avenue (Block 1614, Lots 1, 79, 80) for free. BSVAC uses it to build and run a permanent ambulance and training center for Bedford-Stuyvesant. The land must be used mainly for volunteer ambulance and related health services, including emergency response, first aid, patient transport, equipment maintenance, community health and wellness, mental and maternal health, and EMS workforce training. The deed includes these rules; if the land is not accepted or used as required, it goes back to the city. BSVAC may submit a city‑approved land survey for the transfer. The law takes effect now.
