The law lets the State Liquor Authority issue an on-premises alcohol license for a specific property in the Village of Phelps, Ontario County. This applies even if the building is within 200 feet of a school, church, synagogue, or other place of worship. The place must sell food or drinks for people to consume there. The property must be the exact parcel described in the law’s survey for that site. The change takes effect immediately.
